Imagine Going on Strike Until Our World is Repaired

These pictures are from the London's International Womxn's Day last March and a Trans-femminist protest in Florence. Italy was the first country in Europe going through full lockdown and back then it felt so surreal having Womxn International Day without people manifesting in the street, so joining the march in London felt even more special this year.


The Sex Workers Strike was one of the most joyous, caring and militant protest I ever participated, it really stayed with me. Decriminalisation is the only way to guarantee dignity and human rights of sex workers, especially when the pandemic has decimated their source of income leaving thousands of sex workers relying on state benefits and each other for survival.
